Q. When do I pay the remaining balance?
The balance of the party is required at least 2 days prior to the party – you can pop in, make a card payment over the telephone or make an online payment
Q. Do I still pay for people who don't turn up?
All guests who are booked for will need to be paid for regardless if they attend or not as food will be prepared in advance for them. Exception to the rule is the Picnic Party.
Q. What happens if siblings of the party guests turn up that are not invited?
All children must be paid for, either by adding them on to the party list - or paying the standard admittance price at the door via the parent (in which case food won't be provided for). We do urge all customers to make it clear to their party guests that siblings must be paid for.
Q. What happens if some guests don't have socks?
Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene reasons. They can be purchased at the desk for £1.00 per pair subject to availability.
Q. Do I need to bring a knife to cut the cake?
No, we have special plastic safety knifes available behind the counter for cutting the cakes.
Q. I would like a theme for my party, how do I get one?
We currently do not supply party themes for parties, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Q. I have more than one child that is having their birthday at Mambo's at the same time, how many will be free?
Only one birthday child will be free.
Q. What's the cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
