Our Rules of Play

Important things that keep us all safe

We take our responsibilities very seriously. By having a simple set of rules it helps us to maintain the high quality and safety that you deserve when visiting us.

Do...

✔ Stay in the right area for your age

✔ Ensure that all children must be supervised by an adult at all times

✔ Please use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area

✔ Be sure that spectacles should only be worn with shatterpoof lenses

✔ Remove shoes before playing - socks to be worn at all times

✔ Contact the staff if you have a problem

Don't..

✖ Play in front of slide exits

✖ Wear clothes with cords in the play area

✖ Allow any sharp objects in the play area

✖ Conduct any kind of fighting

✖ Allow bullying of any kind

✖ Do not climb on the nets

✖ Bring food or drink into the play areas

✖ Smoke inside the building

✖ Enter the play area if your child is feeling unwell

✖ Throw balls or other objects at each other
